okay everybody um so what I did was I copied and pasted the corrected forms into a Google Docs text document and I want to show you basically how to go about changing it so that it it um you make it your own you personalize it so what I did was when I I didnt really feel comfortable with my name on this um so I went ahead and changed it and put your name and highlighted the areas where you need to change youll see okay so the first thing youre going to do is youre going to go in here and youre going to change it to yours uh so you know you put your your initials and at this point were going to call it your name as the initial and the date so depend upon how you write the date I in America we tend to put month day year so if you put day month year put it that way but if youre putting month day year put it that way so I would say like that and then when youre done with the right when its correct go over here and highlight it and then go up here click highlight number or highligh
