okay folks um today were going to run through how to replace your frame rail with standard box steel um this is something i trialled here uh come back a couple months ago and it was really really really successful i couldnt believe how easy it was and how natural it looks in the car and the reason i went with box steel is for extra strength its something i could just go up the road and buy from a local steel suppliers it also allows me to uh contour in this um profile um ive seen a lot of the frame rails that were out there were just kind of flat floored or the ones that were contoured like this were quite expensive so i just wanted to see if it was possible to just basically put in i think its 70 by 70 or 75 by 75 mil box ill confirm that in a second so it gives a very natural kind of look to it um this is going to be done up to a standard dash here in ireland well pass an engineers test um itll be fully welded all the way along so ill be doing it in multiple stitches just
