Follow the steps below to flatten a completed PDF fillable form: Open fillable form. Add appropriate data. Right click on document and select Print. Select the PDF printer. ( Select OK. In a PDF file, text can only be pasted into a form field or markup note. You must first double-click a markup note to paste text inside of an it. From the Edit menu, select Paste. Press [Ctrl] + [V].
How do I remove fillable fields from a PDF? If you are not in the form editing mode, choose Tools Prepare Form. In the right-hand pane under Fields or the page view, select the form fields that you want to delete. Right-click and choose To delete, or choose Edit Delete.

A copy paste approach is the most practical option when dealing with a small number of simple PDF documents. Open each PDF file. Selection a portion of data or text on a particular page or set of pages. Copy the selected information. Paste the copied information on a DOC, XLS or CSV file.
In your master document, select the relevant fields (holding Control Key for multiple fields), right click, then edit, then copy. you can then paste in your destination PDF (as long as it is in Edit mode).
