Validation rules cannot be used to hide / unhide other fields. You would need to turn to Visualforce for that type of requirement. You could use a validation rule to prevent modifications of the field when the checkbox is not checked.
Click on the Gear Icon. Select Setup. Click on the Object Manager Tab. Select any object you want to see the limit. Click on Object Limits. Check limit on Active Validation Rules row.
A valid email address consists of an email prefix and an email domain, both in acceptable formats. The prefix appears to the left of the @ symbol. The domain appears to the right of the @ symbol. For example, in the address example@mail.com, example is the email prefix, and mail.com is the email domain.
To manually disable a validation rule, follow the steps below: Navigate to Setup Object Manager. Select the object that contains the validation rule you want to disable and click Validation Rules. Select the relevant validation rule and click Edit. Uncheck the Active checkbox and click Save:
