So Bookings sets up a page where a customer can come in, they could choose a service that they want, they could choose the time when they want the service, and then Bookings will go ahead and schedule that appointment on behalf of the customer. To dispatch an appointment, Jacinta right-clicks the appointment and selects Change Status and Dispatched. The appointment changes color on the Gantt and is dispatched to the mobile worker.
Change a single appointment, meeting, or event you created Open the appointment, event, or meeting from your calendar. Edit the item details on the Appointment or Meeting tab. When youre done, click Save Close for an appointment or event or Send Update for a meeting you created.
To create a service appointment: From the Service Appointments tab or the Service Appointments related list on a record, create a service appointment. Fill out the General Information section.
