Hi! Its Claire from AP. Heres how you can more easily change assignment settings. For this Quick Start, Ill use AP Environmental Science. Once youre in AP Classroom, click the Question Bank tab in the top navigation bar. Next, Ill click on the Progress tab. Then Ill select an assignment that Id like to modify. Ill choose Topic Questions 4.1 HW. When I originally created this assignment, I wanted to have my students take it on paper, so youll see that the test mode is set to Paper. To change the mode, Ill click on Paper. On the screen, youll see the Assign as Print Test toggle is open, so Ill go ahead and close it. Now, students will be able to take this assignment online. Ill click Update and I see that the settings have changed to Online. But I also see that I need to update the start and due dates and times. So, to do this, Ill click on the Start Date. I want this assignment to start after class on December 16 at 2:00 p.m. and end on December 17 at 1:00 p.m. And, I

Go to your Salesforce orgs Setup section and search for lead assignment in the Quick Find box. Youll find these buried under Feature Settings Marketing Lead Assignment Rules. If you dont see it, make sure you have permissions for View Setup and Configuration and Customize Application.
The assignment rule will not fire because the Case Owner field on Routing Address under Email-to-Case has User or Queue selected and this will override the Default Case Owner field thats specified on the Support Settings page and in the assignment rule.
A Lead assignment rule consists of multiple rule entries that define the conditions and order for assigning cases. From a Salesforce User interface, a user can trigger assignment rules by simply checking the Assign using active assignment rules checkbox under the optional section.
The account settings page allows you to change the default options set at account creation. To begin customizing your Turnitin account settings, click the Edit icon alongside the account (or subaccount) you wish to edit. Select Edit account settings.
From Setup, enter Assignment Rules in the Quick Find box, then select either Lead Assignment Rules or Case Assignment Rules. Choose New, and then give the rule a name. Specify whether you want this rule to be the active rule for leads or cases that are created manually and via the web and email. Then click Save.
To create a Case assignment rule do the following: Select the criteria for this rule entry. Choose the User to whom this rule entry will be assigned. Choose the Email Template this user will receive when the new case will be assigned to him - click Save.
You will see an alert that Some settings have been disabled and can only be changed in the learning management system. This means that certain fields are greyed out (i.e. those which have transferred from Canvas, e.g. Max Grade, Start Date, Due Date etc.).
Login to Salesforce and select Setup in the upper right corner of the horizontal navigation bar. In the Setup search box, type assignment rules and then select either Lead Assignment Rules or Case Assignment Rules. Select New to create a new assignment rule.
