Select an entire report Click the PivotTable. On the Options tab, in the Actions group, click Select, and then click Entire PivotTable.
In the PivotTable, right-click the value field, and then click Show Values As. Note: In Excel for Mac, the Show Values As menu doesnt list all the same options as Excel for Windows, but they are available. Select More Options on the menu if you dont see the choice you want listed.
Select a field in the Values area for which you want to change the summary function of the PivotTable report. On the Options tab, in the Active Field group, click Active Field, and then click Field Settings. The Value Field Settings dialog box is displayed. The Source Name is the name of the field in the data source.
In the PivotTable, right-click the value field you want to change, and then click Summarize Values By. Click the summary function you want. Note: Summary functions arent available in PivotTables that are based on Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) source data. The sum of the values.
Change the Summary Function Right-click on a cell in the Value field that you want to change. In the pop-up menu, click Summarize Values By. Click on the Summary Function that you want to use.
Here are the steps to do this: Go to Row Label filter Value Filters Greater Than. In the Value Filter dialog box: Select the values you want to use for filtering.
