foreign [Music] welcome back to switched to Linux well today were going to talk about the evolution email client and were going to dive into this in a little bit more detail so if you are new to Linux and client software were going to go ahead and set this up and show you all of the ins and outs to use it now this is overall my favorite client I use a combination of this and Thunderbird now this does this is a more of a classic mail client so if you are in more old school you want the whole Unified Inbox and more professional overall setup I think evolution is going to be your best overall bet other ones that are similar to it is kmail if youre running a KDE system but I did find the setup on that was a little bit wonkier at the time that I used it now with Evolution um it does have a little bit of an older appearance which is personally something I like I dont like a lot of the modern uh bling I dont like the fact that nearly every other male client now is giving you a separate

You can recall emails in Outlook within your organization only. You cant recall emails if the recipient belongs to a different organization.
No, email marketing is not dead. Its still alive and doing quite well for now. But there are good reasons why perhaps you and others believe its dying. Keep reading to learn why this question is often asked and refuses to go away.
When you want to unsend an email, look for Undo in the Message Sent box and click it. The email you just sent will open back up and it will be saved to your Drafts folder. Undo Send also works in the Android and iOS Gmail app. Look for the Undo option in the black bar at the bottom of the screen and click it.
If the recipient opens the recall message first, the original message is deleted, and the recipient is informed that you, the sender, have deleted the message from their mailbox. If the recipient opens the original message first, the recall fails, and both the original and recall messages are available.

No, deleting an email does not unsend it. When you delete an email, it is removed from your email program, but it remains in the recipients inbox. It can still be read, copied, printed, or forwarded by the recipient. When you delete an email, it is moved to the Trash folder of your email program.

Try it! Select the Sent Items folder. Select or double-click the message so it opens in another window. Select File Info. Select Message Resend and Recall Recall This Message, and select one of the two options. Select the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient check box. Select OK.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. When you send an email, an Undo button will appear on the bottom left. Click Undo, and the email will return as a draft for you to continue editing.
In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, click Sent Items. Open the message that you want to recall and replace. On the Message tab, in the Actions group, click Other Actions, and then click Recall This Message. Click Delete unread copies and replace with a new message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.
