hello everyone here in this session i am going to discuss about the second use case that we are going to perform for creating the rtf template in pi completion here in this use case we are going to consider building a rtf template for a parent child or master detail report in bi publisher where the header information will be shown in form layout and the line information will be shown in table layout so the final report would look like this where we will have the header the header will have the company logo and the date time when the report output is generated then a report name then the form layout for the purchase order header because we are going to consider purchase order for this use case then we will have the lines pertaining to that purchase order where we will calculate the line amount for each line then we will calculate the total amount we will show the total line amount in words and this is all about the use case so you can see whatever i talked about we are going to do all

To set the message format, go to File > Options > Mail > Compose messages in this format > select format > OK. You have three message formats to choose from in Outlook: Plain text, HTML, and Rich Text Format.
Read email messages in plain text Click the File tab. Click Options. Click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Settings. Click Email Security. Under Read as Plain Text, select the Read all standard mail in plain text check box.
Change Response Format Click the File tab. Select Options. Click the Mail category in the left pane. Scroll to the Replies and forwards section, then click the list arrow for When replying to a message or When forwarding a message.
As it turns out, there are a few reasons why you may be getting plain text emails: Some mobile email clients still do not support HTML emails. Various mechanisms used by websites (e.g. contact forms) tend to use the plain text format.
Go to your email notification settings for this email and make sure the box to "Send Emails in Plain Text" is not checked. Check for a plugin conflict. We've seen several plugins that force all emails to be sent as either plain text or HTML cause this issue. Please deactivate your plugins and resend the email.
How to change message format from plain text to HTML in Outlook? Open your Outlook and click the File button top left corner. Choose Options > Mail. Under Compose messages, in the Compose messages in this format list, choose HTML and hit OK to save the changes.
If you want to change the message format when replying, you can do so in the following way; Single Line Ribbon (Microsoft 365) Format Text-> press the ellipsis button (…) on the far right to expand the overflow menu to see the Message Format command-> HTML. Classic Ribbon. Format Text-> HTML.
Set default format: File > Options > Compose messages in this format > HTML, Plain Text, or Rich Text. Mac: Options > Format Text switch. Outlook.com: Go to Settings > View All Outlook Settings > Mail > Compose and Reply > Compose messages in > HTML or Plain Text.
There is no option in Outlook to change this default; Outlook will always reply and forward in the same format (Plain Text, Rich Text or HTML) of the original message. This is to keep the original message intact, maintain the preference or technical limitation of the original sender.
