One of them is using your phone where you sign your signature on the phone, and then well bring that onto our PC, so itll be digital all the way. The second technique, were going to sign our name, take a high quality photo of it, and then well bring that into the PC. So, Ill show you those two different ways. Notarization is a legal process that involves the verification of a signature and the signers identity, which may not be possible with an electronic signature.

A digital signature is an electronic type of signature used to authenticate a digital document. A digital signature certificate holds the public key and personal information of the signer.
There is nothing that prohibits a share certificate being executed electronically (ie using an electronic signature), provided the form of a companys share certificate and the method of its execution complies with any requirements set out in the articles of association of the company whose shares are being transferred
Once you have generated the share certificates, added the account and assigned the signatory, you are ready to get the share certificates signed. Go to the share certificates page by clicking on Shares page (under Ownership) - Certificates.
Each certificate must be signed by two directors or one director and one company secretary. However, if you are the sole director and do not have a company secretary, a witness must be present and provide the second signature.
Change of Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Login with user ID using existing Digital Signature Certificate. Go to Change DSC details option. Fill the required details of the DSC, which needs to be mapped with your user ID. Select the renewed/Changed DSC.
