Click the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box.
In the file, right-click the signature line. Note: If the file opens in Protected View, click Edit Anyway, if the file is from a reliable source. From the menu, select Sign. To add a printed version of your signature, type your name in the box next to the X.
An electronic signature is simply a legally valid electronic replacement of a handwritten signature. Digital signatures carry a users information along with electronic signatures. Electronic signatures do not contain any authentication attached to them. A digital signature secures a document.
Open the file that contains the digital signature you want to view. Click File Info View Signatures. In the list, on a signature name, click the down-arrow, and then click Signature Details.
Write your signature on a piece of plain, white paper. Wait for the ink to dry completely. Place the paper face down on your scanner. Open docHub. Select your device in the Scanner drop-down box, make sure the button indicating New PDF Document is chosen and click the scan button.
If you received a PDF digitally signed by others, you can sign it, but cant edit it. While signing a PDF, if the signer chooses to lock the document after signing, the document becomes read-only for everyone, including the signer.
If you want to remove a digital signature, open your Word document and go to the signature line. If there is no signature line, click the View Signatures button just below the Word ribbon. From the Signatures box, select the signature you want to to delete. Right-click on the signature and then click Remove Signature.
To change Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) details, the organization need to follow below procedure *. Login with user ID using existing Digital Signature Certificate. Go to Change DSC details option. Fill the required details of the DSC, which needs to be mapped with your user ID.
