Select the content control, and click Properties in the Controls group. In the Content Control Properties dialog box, choose whether the content control can be deleted or edited when someone uses your template.
Under Insert controls, click Drop-Down List Box. If you cleared the Automatically create data source check box in step 3, select a field in the Drop-Down List Box Binding dialog box to which you want to bind the list box.
To change an items position in the list, select that item, and then click either Move Up or Move Down on the right. Finally, click OK to save your changes. Your drop-down list will now display your added items.
