hi my name is luke and this is turning off digital signatures in outlook digital signatures are a great way to sign or verify that an item or email came from you specifically however this can be cumbersome and you might want to turn them off to do this open off microsoft outlook go to file then select options under the tab that says trust center at the bottom click the button that says trust center settings next the tab that says email security to the left youre going to left click under encrypted email therell be a check box next to add digital signature to outgoing messages make sure this is unchecked if youd like to remove digital signatures from outlook and then press ok and thats it you
