all right good morning everyone Im going to get started here so todays webinar were going to talk about the digital signatures uh with ODOT plans and um I guess just uh kind of start off here were going to do kind of a an overview of why odots doing this and and kind of the process moving forward here um go ahead mute foreign so Oda started accepting uh PDFs as the final plan set back in 2014 and prior to that we actually had Tiff images and then you know the plans were made up of individual Tiff images so you know we didnt have like a full set it was you know every sheet was its own Tiff and then there was a push by uh the construction industry to move to a single PDF for our construction plan so there was a lean event that happened internally to kind of vet that process out and move that forward um so you know this has been eight years or so now going on nine years and um we dont really have a process or have implemented a process for digitally signing uh those plans electroni
