Steps to sign a PDF Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
Choose the Add a Signature block icon from the tools ribbon. Move your cursor to where you want to place the block and click. Click outside the new signature block, then save and close the document.
Place the blue box by clicking your mouse in the area you want to place it. Move and re-size the blue box as needed. Click on the box to re-name it and change the boxs options.
Replace your signature Mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Select the My Profile option. Click Clear to delete the existing signature file. Create your new signature per the above process.
Resize or move a signature To do so: Tap a newly placed signature. Drag it to a new location or drag the resize arrows to change the size. Tap outside the signature to exit signing mode.
Click on Fill Sign, then click on the Sign icon. Your saved signature will appear as an option. Click on the signature, then click at the place in the PDF where you want to place the signature. To move the placed signature, click the field to highlight it and then use the arrow keys.
If the document is still out for signature, you can create a reminder which will send a new email for the same document to signer. You can go to Manage tab-Single click document under out for signature and on right, click Remind tab. Very helpful your answer.
If you received a PDF digitally signed by others, you can sign it, but cant edit it. While signing a PDF, if the signer chooses to lock the document after signing, the document becomes read-only for everyone, including the signer.
