in this video i will cover all of the ways that are possible to create an active agreement in fieldwork so when you add an agreement and you select your client select your location and the agreement type the agreement status now is a view only option but as you click next the ability to update that status is now in the drop down or pop up menu that is to the right of save agreement so i have the ability to save and set this as active immediately so as i create a new agreement another option is if i have existing pending agreements and the client calls and wants me to update that to active i can select those or select all update the status change that to active and update that will also update all of those agreements to active status in the edit agreement window with a pending agreement again this pop-up menu i have the ability to save and set it as active here also if i take a pending agreement and the client signs it through the portal through the mobile app so if there is a signature
