So Bookings sets up a page where a customer can come in, they could choose a service that they want, they could choose the time when they want the service, and then Bookings will go ahead and schedule that appointment on behalf of the customer. On the Service Appointments tab, click the service appointment that you want to cancel. On the record page, click the Cancel Service Appointment quick action. From Cancellation Status, select Canceled. Optionally, enter a reason for canceling the appointment.
Open a service appointment record or click Details on an appointment from the Gantt. From here, you can change the status in two ways: From the Feed tab, click the Change Status Chatter action and select a status.
