this is one of the things i dont know im taking a risk here because i dont know if there are home inspectors as well as real estate agents on it but im going to tell you one of the things that chaps me right now i kind of said it earlier is i get that summary report you know the summary report that has all the items in the full report just deleting some of the language on it or the pictures and so on that summary report its got things like you know the crack faceplate the drip and water faucet all these other things that are on there and and i got to explain uh how that how some of these things arent important and this is where id love to have be able to have a live conversation with you all on it but let me just and i because its a great time for you all to vent because i know a lot of you are going through the same thing and when it comes to the due diligence on it and so please in lieu of us being able to go face to face on it send your comments and stuff to tim just send yo
