Welcome back to another tips tricks video. To create numbered headings first define a new Multilevel List. Open the advanced settings, and link Level 1 to Heading 1. We will now replace the round bracket with a full stop. And change the text indentation to 1cm. Level 1 is ready. Now on to Level 2. Link Level 2 to Heading 2. And change the style to Numbers. Delete the round bracket, and place a full stop infront. Then include the number from Level 1. Align at 0cm and indent to 1cm. Use the preview window to check your formatting. Press OK to save the new Multilevel List. Use the styled Headings from the ribbon to apply the numbered formatting. If more Levels are required, create these at the time of defining the new Multilevel List.

What is a Change Order? Change order is just the industry term for an amendment to a construction contract that changes the contractors scope of work.
Purpose. A change order is work that is added to or deleted from the original scope of work of a contract. Depending on the magnitude of the change, it may or may not alter the original contract amount and/or completion date. A change order may force a new project to handle docHub changes to the current project.
These are Time and Material, Lump Sum, Zero Cost, and Unitary Cost change orders. Lump Sum. A lump sum change order is used when the defined change in the work scope is quantifiable, and a definite price developed. Zero Cost. This is similar to a lump sum change order. Time and Material (TM) Unitary Cost.
Because of these changes to budget and schedule, change orders are not acted upon until both the owner of the project and the contractor responsible for the change agree on terms and conditions. There are two types of change orders: additive and deductive.
What Should a Construction Change Order Form Include? The name and address of the project. The owners name. The name and phone number of the person requesting the change. A complete description of the planned work. The price of the change (including a breakdown of the costs as well as the total)
A Change Order is used to exchange or modify materials and/or work listed on the Scope for other materials or work. An Addendum is used to add additional work (labor and/or materials) to the Scope.
A change order is a written supplemental agreement to an awarded construction contract agreed upon by all parties to that contract subsequent to the execution of that original contract. approve change orders that do not cumulatively exceed 10% of the original contract price.
