To use your favorite font in Word all the time, set it as the default. Go to Format Font Font. You can also press and hold. + D to open the Font dialog box. Select the font and size you want to use. Select Default, and then select Yes. Select OK.
In the Find and Select dialog box, click Go To Special. In the Go To Special dialog box, click Comments, and then click OK. This will select all of the cells that contain comments. Once the cells with comments are selected, you can use the Find and Replace feature to search for and replace text within the comments.
Select the text you want to reformat, right-click it, and then choose Format Comment. Choose the font options you want and click OK. In this example, weve changed the font style, size and color of the comment.
First, you can format the text in a comment in the same manner that you format regular text. All you need to do is select the text and then use the regular tools on the ribbon to apply different attributes such as bold or italic.
Another way of inserting a comment is to use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [K].
Thats easy to do. Simply go to File Options General and uncheck the box next to Enable modern comments. Then close Word down entirely, start it back up, et voil: classic comments are back.
Insert or delete a comment Select the content you want to comment on. Go to Review New Comment. Type your comment. If you want to make changes to any of your comments, just go back and edit them. To reply to a comment, go to the comment, and select Reply.
To turn off modern comments on Windows and MacOS, go to File Options General, then clear the checkbox next to Enable modern comments. This allows you to temporarily revert the comments experience to the legacy comments model as the new experience continues to improve and evolve.
