Noun clauses typically begin with relative pronouns (e.g., which, that, who) or subordinating conjunctions (e.g., if, whether). Noun clause examples She mentioned that she would be late. Whichever cake you choose will be a hit. The fact that she is talented is undeniable.

A replacement cost clause is a clause in an insurance contract that states that the full replacement value will of an item will be reimbursed in the event of a total loss. Replacement value is importantly different from actual cash value.
A clause is a group of related words containing both a subject and a verb. Remember that the subject is the who or what and the verb is the action. For example, in this sentence: I run daily, the subject, or who, is I, and the verb, or action, is run.
If its a participial phrase, add a subject and helping verb: Walking to school, John saw a baby crow. John was walking to school when he saw. . . A clause has a subject and verb. Find one and make a sentence.
So, we use noun clauses with words like say, tell, ask, whisper, yell, etc. She asked whether we will come. He asked if I went to the conference last year. She said that the meaning of life is happiness. He yelled that he was innocent.
