whats up guys Justin here with the sketch of essentials Compaqs another sketch up quick tip for you so in this video Im going to talk about changing the number of segments in a circle even after youve already created the circle so lets go ahead and just jump into it and so the one thing I want to know is when youre in here and youre drawing a circle and Sketch up its basically just a its basically drawing a series of segments in an arc along a center point and so if I activate the circle tool by tapping the C key and I move it over the center point you can see on the corner it says sides 24 so that means if I draw a circle then this circle is going to be made up of segments remember is going to be 24 of them so like for example if I was to change this to 12 with the circle tool active so I kept the CT and then I so if I activate the circle tool by tapping the C key I type in 12 and I hit the enter key and then I draw a circle thats going to have 12 segments well this works al

A common example of these category of financial models is Initial Public Offering (IPO) Model and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) Model.
Examples of Financial Models Three-Statement Model. The three-statement model is the most basic setup for financial modeling. Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Model. Merger Model (MA) Initial Public Offering (IPO) Model. Leveraged Buyout (LBO) Model. Sum of the Parts Model. Consolidation Model. Budget Model.
A business financial plan typically has six parts: sales forecasting, expense outlay, a statement of financial position, a cash flow projection, a break-even analysis and an operations plan. A good financial plan helps you manage cash flow and accounts for months when revenue might be lower than expected.
A three-statement financial model is an integrated model that forecasts an organizations income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. The three core elements (income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements) require that you gather data ahead of performing any financial modeling.
Where the interest expense is not computed from the opening balance of debt, interest expense and income affects cash flow and the cash flow affects financing and the amount of the loan. If the interest expense is determined in part from the closing balance of the loan, a circular reference arises.
Here we have the four major components of a financial model: Income Statement. Balance Sheet. Cash Flow Statement. Debt Schedule.
This is the general practice in the market; however, it has the following additional drawbacks: It cannot be used readily with data tables a powerful scenario tool. It relies on the user to know when and how to execute the macro. It relies on solid VBA coding otherwise the cell references may move.
If you can get to the point of deciding that the impact of interest on deposits on the overall financial model is indocHub (e.g. because interest rates are low), circular references might be avoided by multiplying the opening balance by the interest rate, rather than basing the calculation on the average balance
