FAQ: How do I always appear online on Microsoft Teams You can do this by clicking your profile picture at the top of the Teams app and selecting the Settings option. Under the Presence tab, make sure the Invisible option is not selected. This will ensure that you are always marked as online in Microsoft Teams.
