hello in this video Im going to show you how to replace the distributor cap and the distributor rotor once you find a distributor unplug the main connector that connects the ignition coil to the distributor once the main connector is out unscrew the two screws holding down the distributor cap what I like to do is once the cap is off I like to leave the wires on the original cap because I find it easier to just transfer the spark plug wires to the new distributor cap and once the cap is off the rotor will be exposed I feel this part is pretty tricky when removing the rotor use the screwdriver to help and removing the rotor and be careful not to crack anything so do this gently also remember to mark the rotor or do your best to remember the position of the rotor so that you can put the new rotor in the same exact position when the old rotor is off and a new rotor is installed you can put the new distributor cap and retighten everything such as the two screws that hold down the cap and t
