How do I set or change my Zip Pay payment schedule? Select the "HOME" tab located at the bottom of the app screen. Select your account. Select "Manage" located below your next scheduled payment. Select the preferred schedule type (Custom, Smart schedule or Fee waiver schedule). Select "Confirm".
Zip is a payment platform that gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple installments using a credit or debit card. Zip automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks.
How do I remove a payment card in the Zip app? In the Zip app, tap Account. Select Payment methods. To remove a card, tap the x next to it and confirm by selecting Delete Card. Note: You cannot remove your default card. To do so, set a new default card first.
You can manually edit a card in your account via the Zip app in just 4 easy steps: Tap Account in the app. Tap Payment methods. To edit a card, tap on the pencil icon and update either the expiration date or zip code associated with the new card. Select Update Card to save your changes.
Click 'Manage Zip Money account'. Click 'Change Instalment settings'. Doing so will cancel all existing instalments, and stop any future transactions from automatically being split into equal instalments.
Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.quadpay.com. Go to the Orders Page and click View Order for the order you would like to change. Click Edit next to the payment card. Select the card you'd like to use, and click “Use this Card”.
To update or change your payment information, follow the steps below: Sign in to your Zipcar account. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings. Click the Payment method card. Input your payment information and select Update payment.
Once you've logged in: Navigate to the HOME screen on your Zip app. Select your account tile (Zip Pay/Zip Money) In the top right corner click "Manage" Select the change payment method. Enter your nominated card details. Be sure to set it as the default (see below) Click SAVE. Your card has now been successfully added!
If you are having an issue with completing a purchase please ensure: Your account is not overdue, you will be unable to make a purchase when your account is behind on repayments. Your personal details in your Zip account, and at checkout are current and up-to-date.
