IT APPLIES TO ALL PAID AN UNPLAYED EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. IT WOULD REQUIRE COMPANIES TO CANCEL EXISTING NONCOMPETE AGREEMENTS AND TELL WORKERS THEYRE NOT IN EFFECT ANYMORE.
