First, select any cell in the pivot table. Then, on the Options tab of the PivotTable Tools ribbon, click Fields, Items Sets, then choose Calculated Field. Next, select the calculated field you want to work with from the name drop-down list. You can now update the formula as you like.

Cause. This problem occurs when you use a calculated field (a field that is based on other fields) in a PivotTable, and the calculated field is defined by performing a higher order arithmetic operation, such as exponentiation, multiplication, or division on other fields in the PivotTable.
Change the display of error values in a PivotTable Click the PivotTable. On the PivotTable Analyze tab, click Options. Type the value that you want to display instead of errors. Delete any characters in the box.
Click anywhere in the PivotTable to show the PivotTable Tools on the ribbon. Click Analyze Options. On the Data tab, check the Refresh data when opening the file box.
To fix the problem, you can change the Solve Order for the calculated items: Select a cell in the pivot table, and then on the Ribbon, under PivotTable Tools, click the Options tab. In the Calculations group, click Fields, Items Sets, and click Solve Order.
Right-click on the field to be replaced and select Replace References: A menu will appear that gives you the option of selecting what field to replace the old field with.
To edit a calculated field: In the Data pane, right-click the calculated field and select Edit. In the Calculation Editor that opens, you can do the following: Edit the name of the calculated field. Update the formula. Click OK. The view updates to reflect the changes automatically.
Right click on any dimension, measure or parameter in the Data pane and you will see the Replace References option. This will allow you to select a field that will replace any reference to the chosen column across your work.
Rename a field or item in a PivotTable or PivotChart Click the field or item that you want to rename. Go to PivotTable Tools Analyze, and in the Active Field group, click the Active Field text box. If youre using Excel 2007-2010, go to PivotTable Tools Options. Type a new name. Press ENTER.
