hi folks in this video youre gonna see an edited version for a webinar i did for quickbooks power users where im showing them how to use the new custom report builder for quickbooks online advance now this feature only works in quickbooks online advanced which is a 180 version of quickbooks online and this feature by itself might make it worth it to upgrade to that version now if youre not sure what version of quickbooks you have click on the gear menu on the top right then youre going to click on account and settings and then youre going to click on billing and subscription and then once you click on building a subscription it will tell you here whether you have quickbooks simple start essentials plus or advance it needs to say advance for this to work now if after watching this video youre blown away and youre like yeah i need that feature and you upgrade to advanced you can upgrade from within the screen no problem however i will put my email in the top somewhere if youre go

Adding a custom field directly to an issue Open an issue. Select Admin Add field. In the dropdown, select the field you want to see in the issue view. Select Edit field to set a value for the field immediately. Select Submit.
Customize the issue layout From your projects sidebar, select Project settings Issues Layout. Find the issue type(s) whose layout you want to view and select Edit issue layout. Drag and drop fields to move them to a different section. Select Save changes.
You can set a field required by adding a field configuration and a field configuration scheme. Its the same as with mapping workflows to issue types. You create the field configuration where you mark your specific fields as required, and in the field configuration scheme, you map it to an issue type.
Jira only allows editing the Issue Type of an issue if the workflow and field configurations are the same.
In this configuration, click configure and locate the affected custom field. Once you have located the custom field, you should notice that it is still having the previous description. Click Edit, and change or remove the description. The previous description should now be removed and replaced with the new description.
To be able to edit the issue type you need to move the issue. You can move the issue to the same project but you get to map to new statuses etc. To move an issue just follow these steps: Navigate to your issue.
Jira application issues are made up of fields. You can choose any number of fields to appear when creating, editing, or transitioning issues. You can also create custom fields for teams working on issues within any of your Jira projects. Custom fields allow people to add information specific to your teams needs.
You cant change the fields type (for example, making a single-select field into a multi-select field). To change a fields type, recreate the field using the desired type. Jira allows you to define a description of a custom field.
