Here, using the search criteria, search for the service contract to be changed, select it and then click Change button. An IT service provider agreement is a written contract between an IT provider and a client and details the level of service the provider will offer the client. This agreement includes services provided, minimum response time, and provider liability protection.
You can modify a contract at any time as long as all parties involved in the agreement consent to the changes. Minor modifications may be handwritten on the original document and then signed by all parties. Major changes, however, need to involve a contract renegotiation, reprinting, and resigning.
Contracts store information on the subscriptions that sales reps have quoted or ordered. They also contain fields that help customize your renewals and amendments.
Always put a contract amendment in writing and make sure both parties sign and date it. Reference the title of the contract, if applicable; its original parties; and original signing date, so that it is clear what document you are amending. Attach the amendment to the original contract.
If you need to quote new prices on an amendment, first cancel the original subscription by setting the quantity to 0. Then, replace the subscription by adding the product to the quote again. You can discount the new quote line to adjust the price as you see fit.

Can I amend a contract after signing? Yes, a contract can be amended after signing if all the parties involved in a contract agree to do so.
If a contract has already been produced but has an error, one of the parties may hand write a change on the document. As long as all involved parties initial next to the handwritten change, it will be considered a legally binding modification.
