hey everyone Natalie here with orange blade consultants I wanted to put this video together just because we came across this issue a few days ago with a customer who received a set of documents in reverse order and they didnt want to docHub out to their client to ask theyve rearranged it for them so we figured out there isnt an automatic way to do this with and review just yet but there are a combination of tools that we were able to use some make thats possible and thats what I want to do today show you how to do that so as you seen here the last page is page one and that youll see here is page 19 and what should be page 1 its here at the very end what we want to do is make this page 1 up at the top and pick make page 19 page 19 like it should be instead of 19 18 17 we want it 1 2 3 and so on so how do we do that your first step would be to go to document and then extract pages once the extract pages window pops up under page range youre going to want to make sure that you hav

On the page sorter, right-click the page number that you want to move, and then click Move Page on the shortcut menu. In the Move Page dialog box, select the options that you want, and then click OK.
Click on Tools and select the Organize Pages option. That will bring up a screen with all the pages of your PDF. Like before, simply click and drag pages to where they need to be. Once youve made your changes, save the PDF, and all the pages will be in the correct order next time you open the document.
Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Copy a page by clicking a thumbnail and using Ctrl+drag to drop it to a second location.
Click a page thumbnail (in a page layout document) or section (in a word-processing document) to select it, then drag it to a new location (in the sidebar).
Move pages in a PDF: Choose View Thumbnails or View Contact Sheet, then drag the pages to their new location. Copy a page from one PDF to another: In each PDF, choose View Thumbnails or View Contact Sheet, then drag thumbnail images from one PDF to the other.
Select the PDF file you want to reorganize. Sign in after Acrobat uploads the file. Select the page thumbnails you want to move, and drag and drop the selected pages into a new location.
Place your cursor at the beginning of the page that you want to move, hold the shift key and press page down. Press Control + X to cut the text block and move your cursor to the new placement and press Control + V to move the page to its new location.
Method 1: Change Document Permissions If you know the permissions password, you can change the document permissions. Go to Document Properties (File - Document Properties), select Security and click Edit button, make sure Allow Document Assembly is checked. Save the document and try to re-arrange document again.
