Discharge instructions are currently available in English or Spanish. To change the language of your desired instructions, use the drop down menu in the Clinical References screen.
To continue to paraphrase the APTAs description: All discharge summaries should include patient response to treatment at the time of discharge and any follow-up plan, including recommendations and instructions regarding the home program if there is one, equipment provided, and so on.
First, access Discharge Navigator under the Navigators activity. The best first step is to check for any cosign orders that need to be signed. They will be found in the Cosign orders section, if any.
