How to Switch Page Order in Word With Your Mouse. Place your cursor at the beginning of the text on the page you want to move. Hold the left mouse button while you drag through all of the text on the page, then release.

You can rearrange your pages in a document. To do that: Go to the four squared icon (top left corner) to view the thumbnails of your documents pages. Long-press a page until it lifts out of the screen, then drag it to the location you want it.
