How to Switch Page Order in Word With Your Mouse. Place your cursor at the beginning of the text on the page you want to move. Hold the left mouse button while you drag through all of the text on the page, then release.
Set paper size and orientation in Pages on Mac In the Document sidebar, click the Document tab at the top. Select a page orientation (portrait or landscape). You can use only one page orientation for your document. Pages doesnt support a mix of pages in portrait and landscape in the same document.
Click a page thumbnail (in a page layout document) or section (in a word-processing document) to select it, then drag it to a new location (in the sidebar).
Changing a Page Template Go to Dashboard Pages All Pages. Go to one of the existing pages that you want to modify and select Quick Edit. Go to the Templates options (1), choose one of the available templates and click on Update(2). Once its done, click on the Apply button (3).
Click the +New button so that you can create a new Google document. Then, scroll down and select From a template from the drop-down menu. After that, type invoice in the search bar so that you can choose from a selection of invoice templates.
Click a page thumbnail (in a page layout document) or section (in a word-processing document) to select it, then drag it to a new location (in the sidebar).
Using Mac Preview to reorder PDF pages. In the Preview app, open the PDF you would like to change. Select View. Choose Thumbnails or View. Alternatively, you can also select Contact Sheet. Drag the pages to your new desired location for them. Your pages are now reordered and ready to go.
Choose Format Advanced Create Page Template from Current Page (from the Format menu at the top of your screen). The window changes to Edit Page Template view, and a thumbnail copy of the original page template appears at the bottom of the sidebar on the left. Control-click the copy on the left and choose Rename.
