How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Choose Color: In the Properties dialog box, navigate to the Appearance tab (or a similar tab depending on the object type). Look for the Color or Fill Color option and click on it. Select New Color: A color picker or palette will appear. Choose the desired color by clicking on it.
Choose Organize Rearrange, or right-click any page thumbnail in the Pages panel and choose Rearrange Pages. 3. Click Yes in the pop-up confirmation dialog box to start the sorting process. (You can also select Dont ask again to not show the dialog box next time you use the Rearrange feature.)
