Users can edit, clone, delete, manage sharing, and access templates either from the CRM or while sending emails. To send a template, navigate to Contacts, select the desired record, click the email icon, and then choose Templates in the pop-up. After selecting a template, you can customize its content before sending. For organizing templates, go to Conversations and select Templates. To create a folder, click "New Folder," name it, and then add templates by hovering over them, clicking Actions, selecting Move, and choosing the destination folder.
