So Apple recently released new versions of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. There are a lot of small new features in these. Im going to look at one today. Im using Pages version 5.6 and Im just going to create a new blank document. In the past I could certainly look at the page thumbnails here on the left and see what pages Ive done but I couldnt really rearrange them. They are basically a way for me to jump from page to page. Your job application packet should be organized in an order that makes sense. Start with the job application form provided by the employer, followed by a cover letter, followed by your resume, followed by work samples, and then your references and letters of recommendation.
You cannot make changes once you docHub and submit the application to the organization. If you want to update the application you can either re-apply for the position, or contact the organization to see if it is possible make changes.
If you have a chance to talk with the recruiters prior to your application, you can ask what type of folder they want. Many recruiters prefer simple spring binders because they can easily take out the documents (cover letter, resume, etc.) from the application folder.
Latest qualification should come first under certificates. Same with references, latest references. Combining all as one is good but also separating the letter can make it easier when you apply next time. PDF format is the best format.
If you discover a major factual error after you apply, its best to resubmit your application. Employers will keep your resume on file even if you are not hired, and they often go back through their records to find candidates for open roles.
