The video tutorial explains that there is no need to use free online Excel to PDF converters as Excel already has an inbuilt feature for converting files. The tutorial demonstrates three different ways to convert Excel sheets or files to PDF, with the first method being to use the shortcut key Ctrl + P to bring up the Print Preview options and select Microsoft Print to PDF. The user can then choose to print the active sheet, entire workbook, or a selected range of cells.

To avoid common formatting issues, such as cut-off text or shifted margins, you can make adjustments in both the Page Layout tab or the Page Setup menu option. Once youre happy with the formatting, go to File, then select Save As and choose the PDF option.
Adjusting the margins can help ensure that data is not cut off when exporting to PDF. Use Fit to Page Option: When exporting the Excel file to PDF, choose the Fit to Page option to ensure that the entire document fits within the printable area. This option can be found in the PDF Export window under the Page tab.
Set up Your Excel File for PDF Format: Open your Excel workbook in Microsoft Excel. Click the Page Layout tab. Press the Orientation button. Press Landscape. Press Print Tiles. Select the Gridlines checkbox. Press OK.
If you just increase the width of X column, the problem will disappear. The problem is that the width of the columns in your page is not enough, so not all text cant be included in the page, so you will see the text cut off when you print to PDF.
This happens because one (or multiple) sheets in your workbook have a different dpi setting for printing. Go to Page Setup Print Quality enter the DPI value that you want to have for your document, say 300. (Note that this is the DPI value you will have to set for each individual sheet too). Press OK.
Common formatting issues when converting Excel to PDF. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Optimize the file for Standard or Minimum. Click Options and adjust settings, including the area to publish. Click OK. Name the file and click Publish.
Export Excel as PDF for Windows In your workbook, head to File Save As, or File Save a copy. Click Browse. In the Save as type dropdown, select PDF. Press Options. Click Ok to close the Options window. Click Save to save the new PDF version.
To begin, go to the page layout ribbon and select orientation. Choose a landscape. Then, from the file menu, choose Save as docHub PDF.
