here I have a document the two other colleagues have reviewed for me Ive walked through the document and accepted or rejected the tracked changes and now I want to publish this document I can open up the reviewing pane just to make sure that I have no more remaining revisions another great way to make sure that you dont have any hidden comments or changes is to inspect the document go to the file tab click check for issues and select inspect document here I can choose to check for comments revisions versions and annotations Ill just remove the other check boxes and click inspect here I can see that no items were found so I can be sure that there are no hidden revisions here so now my document is ready for publishing

Select Save . On the File tab, choose Save As . ... In the File Name box, enter a name for the file, if you haven't already. In the Save as type list, select PDF Files (*.pdf) or XPS Files (*.xps) , and then choose Save .
Open an existing Word document or create a new Word document. Click the File tab or menu option at the top-left of the Word program window. Click the Export option in the menu. Select the Create PDF/XPS Document option, then click the Create PDF/XPS button.
XPS Viewer is a tool used to view XPS files, similar to Adobe Reader. While XPS might not be as popular as PDF, some Windows users still work with it.
You can convert an XPS document to DOCX ( see here and here ) but the DOCX will contain only the same information that was contained in the XPS - which means that there are no margins, no paragraphs, no headers, no footers, and possibly no text.
Open Printers and Faxes. Right click on the icon for the XPS Document Writer and select Delete.
Uninstall XPS Driver and the PCL5, PCL6 or PostScript... Open the Start Menu. Select Devices and Printers. Right Click the Desired Xerox Printer using the XPS Driver. Select Remove Device. Select Yes. Close the Devices and Printers window. Open a web browser.

What is an XPS file? An XPS file represents page layout files that are based on XML Paper Specifications created by Microsoft. It was developed as a replacement of EMF file format and is similar to PDF file format, but uses XML in layout, appearance, and printing information of a document.
Can I Edit XPS Documents in Word? Similar to a PDF, an XPS file is a fixed-layout document that cannot be edited, which means it does not lend itself to being opened in a document editor like Word.
