Once deleted, the invoice cannot be retrieved and this amount will not be reflected in the Net Revenue of the organization. If Payments or Credits have been recorded for the invoice, you have to first delete the payments and credits applied to them and then delete the invoice.
Void Invoice Go to Sales Invoices and select the invoice to void. Click on and select Void. Enter a reason and click Void it.
How to delete an invoice Go to Get paid pay and select Invoices (Take me there). Find and select the invoice you wish to delete. On the Invoice page, select More at the bottom then Delete. Select Yes to confirm.
Select Templates from the left side menu. Click the Edit button on the invoice template which you are using to create invoices. Click on Header Document Information from the menu. Uncheck the Payment Option to remove it from the invoice PDF.
To void a bill: Go to Purchases Bills. Click More Void. Enter the reason to void. Click Void it.
Go to the Sales module on the left sidebar and select Invoices. Select the e-invoice which you want to cancel. Click Mark as Cancelled on the e-invoices Details page.
Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen. Select Integrations. Mouse over Paypal and click View Details. Click the Delete button beside the account name.
Voiding an invoice cancels the invoice without deleting it, thereby preserving historical information for any future audits. When you void an invoice, any settled payments will be removed, and the corresponding payment will be unsettled.
