Remove logos Go to Settings ⚙. Under Your Company, select Custom form styles. Find the template you want to edit, then select Edit under the Action column. Go to the Design tab, then select Make logo edits. Select Hide logo, then Done.
If you need or want to deregister for VAT for any reason, you must apply to HMRC online or by post. You will also need to make a number of changes to your business, including no longer charging VAT on the goods or services you provide.
Set the default tax selection to No VAT Go to Taxes and select the gear icon. Select Account and settings. In the Advanced tab, look for Accounting and select the pencil icon. Change the default tax selection to No VAT. Select Save and then Done.

Select the VAT tab. Next to the return you wish to unfile, select View Return. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed with the unfiling process.
Select Templates. Right-click the invoice template you want to delete. Choose Delete Template. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
Edit VAT settings Go to Taxes. Next to Edit VAT, select the ▼dropdown arrow. Select Edit settings to make changes to the following: VAT period. Filing frequency. Accounting method. 9-digit VAT registration number. Other VAT options like FRS rate percentage and tax registration date. Select Save.
No matter how careful you are when invoicing, mistakes can happen. A customers address may be typed wrongly, a discount may not have been applied, or the items themselves may be incorrect. Once sent, you can no longer edit the invoice directly, and a credit note must be issued instead.
