In Sage HR Online Services, go to the employees profile. On the Employee tab scroll down, then click Terminate. Complete the termination window, then click Terminate again. TIP: As youre deleting the employee, it doesnt matter what termination reason you select.
From the employees details page Go to Payroll. Select the Employees tab. Open the employees details page by selecting their name. Select Terminate Employee. Enter the Termination Date. Select Terminate. If you want to permanently delete an employee, select Delete employee. Select Delete to confirm.
Deleting an employee record Open the Menus tab and tick Show Remove Employee: Click OK. The option to remove an employee will now show in the Employee menu: PLEASE NOTE: Once removed all trace of that employee will be removed from this payroll file.
