You may be business partners with somebody now youre not partners, youre LLC members together but your partners, okay? And you want to go your separate ways you want to continue the LLC, the other guy doesnt want to continue the LLC, he wants out. Thats fine get him out. How do you get him out? Thats the question. Well, you may have to buy him out and Im not going to go into the economics of it thats for you to figure out. But legally what youre going to do is youre going to put them in an entry and now here again youve got to look at your operating agreement or your bylaws if its a corporation bylaws operating agreement LLC They may have something in written in there that says how you get rid of a member or if the guy wants to sell his stock basically selling his stock or his membership interests you may be buying it the company may be buying it back it may go back into the trea

It has happened rarely, but its a device held by every team that uses the tag. Until it is accepted, it can be removed. From the teams perspectives, they would need to find a replacement, either internally or externally.
Players technically cannot refuse the franchise tag once it is applied to them, they do have options to express their dissatisfaction and attempt to leverage their position to negotiate long-term deals or facilitate trades.
Players can opt to not sign the tag, as Bell did in 2018; teams can also rescind an unsigned tag, as Carolina did with cornerback Josh Norman in 2016, allowing the player to become an unrestricted free agent.
Exclusive franchise tag The player is not allowed to negotiate with other teams and may not sign with another team should they reject the franchise tag.
The franchise tag has long been viewed as a favorable stipulation for team owners and general managers. It minimizes long-term risk for team builders by allowing them to keep a desired player on a one-year deal.
Consecutive franchise tags are allowed, unless the player and club have agreed to a no franchise tag clause in his most recent contract and/or the contract is otherwise structured in such a way as to prevent its use.
Teams also use the tags as a negotiation strategy for drawing big trade offers out of other teams. A player can be franchise tagged multiple times in his career. The tag gets more expensive with each use, as a player is guaranteed at least 120 percent of his previous years salary when tagged a second time.
The current NFL-NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement allows for each team to use the franchise or transition tag only once. Even though teams can rescind it before the aforementioned mid-July deadline, every team has only one shot at naming a franchise player.
