hi and welcome to this instructional video in this video im going to show you how to remove an item from a support contract navigate to workshop support maintenance then to contract maintenance call up the appropriate support contract by entering or selecting the appropriate support contract in the contract number text box select the item you would like to remove in the serial number column press delete on your keyboard check if the following message appears are you sure you want to delete item name click the yes button note that you cannot remove all the items from the contract save the changes by clicking the accept button print the contract by specifying the print options and clicking the ok button or click the cancel button to close the window and thats how you remove items from a support contract thank you for watching and happy accounting
