hi there in this video lets see how we can add or remove students to the optional subject so lets go to classes by clicking on school and then click on the class name for the class details now go to optional subjects and select the optional subject here one student is already assigned to this German subject which is which is optional now to remove the student you can edit you can uncheck the checkbox and click on update and now to update this subject with the students like to assign the students to the subject select the students and then click on update so here are some other options like roll number student ID student name you can select any of the option enter their roll numbers here if you select the roll number radio button if you select student IDs then enter the student IDs here if you select student name then you can enter their name here and then directly click on update so all the three students are now associated with this German subject so this is how we can add or remov

At some universities, this is as easy as removing a subject using the online system or submitting a request form through your faculty office. In some cases you may need to obtain approval from your lecturer or course coordinator before you submit your request to withdraw, but this will vary between universities.

Domestic students As a domestic student you dont need approval from the University to withdraw from your program- you can simply drop your courses through mySI-net.
Withdraw from units without penalty Prior to applying, please check that youre eligible and you have relevant supporting documentation. To apply to withdraw without penalty, on the Withdrawing without penalty page, click on the Apply to withdraw without penalty, link relevant to you.
Throughout your college career, you may have to drop a class. Doing so is not frowned upon as there are many valid reasons as to why it would be the right decision. But, when you do choose to drop a class, its best if you do so before the deadline and have chosen to do so after attempting other alternative solutions.
How do I change courses? Log into your mySI-net (student login required) student record. Click on the Enrolments tile. On the Enrolment Summary tab, click on either the add course or drop course link for the relevant semester and complete all steps until you get a confirmation message.
The dropping application is then noted by the adviser before the Dropping Form (Form 26) is printed out by the students home unit. Form 26 is then signed and approved by the Dean before it becomes acceptable for payment. The student may cancel the dropping transaction any time before it is printed by the home unit.
