in this video im going to show you how i removed the locking mechanism on the 2021 lollapalooza wristband theyve made a couple of changes to the wristband this year making it slightly more difficult to tamper with the first thing i noticed is that when you turn the blue plastic piece the inside teeth dont rotate in previous years you could twist the wristband and remove the plastic piece but not anymore also as youll see later in the video there are now two sets of teeth instead of one so the first thing i did is i took a piece of tape and tightly wrapped the wristband directly above the blue plastic piece once thats done you can slide it onto the tape this prevents the plastic teeth from latching onto the fabric of the wristband now take another piece of tape and tightly wrap the bottom end of the wristband making sure there is no exposed fabric to which the teeth can latch onto its important to wrap it as tightly as possible once everythings wrapped up you should be able to s
