Removing sticky notes Click on the highlight or sticky note, and then right click your mouse for options. Choose Delete Annotation at the bottom of the popup window and you will remove the selected highlights or the sticky note. Make sure you DO NOT click Remove.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings Apps Apps features page. Step 2: Scroll down the page to see the Sticky Notes entry. Click on it to reveal the Uninstall button. Click on the Uninstall button.
Click/tap on Notes in the left pane, select the sticky note you want to delete in the middle pane, click/tap on the Menu (3 dots) button on the sticky note in the right pane, and click/tap on Delete.
NOTE: Its not possible to close a single sticky note. When you close Sticky Notes using the method mentioned above, all notes will be closed. However, you can delete individual notes by clicking the delete icon. To view Sticky Notes again, type Sticky Notes in the Start menu or taskbar search and then press Enter key.
On Windows 10, you can delete a sticky note three ways: From the list of notes, right click or tap and hold a note, and then click or tap Delete note.You can delete a sticky note on your Android phone. From the list of notes, tap the note to open it. Tap the ellipsis icon ( ) located in the upper right. Tap Delete.
Or from the keyboard, press Ctrl+N to start a new note. Tips: You can pin Sticky Notes to the Windows taskbar to create a new note quickly. Right-click the Sticky Notes icon in the taskbar, and then click Pin to taskbar.
Sticky Notes is included in Windows as an app. In Windows 10, click the Start button and select the Sticky Notes shortcut from the app list. Windows 11 users can open the Start menu and click All Apps, then select the Sticky Notes listing.
