hi everyone I wanted to make this video to share with everyone a method that I found for dealing with postally used self-adhesive stamps that have come out in recent times where the self-adhesive stamps are stuck on the envelope in such a way that its almost impossible to soak them off and if you do attempt to soak them off sometimes you end up having bad results and frankly these are generally low value stamps that are not very expensive or very valuable in a collection but theyre nice stamps to have because if you like collecting stamps with cancellation marks or just simply the complete collection so that you have the whole year set of closely used stamps you may want to save these now I read a number of articles online regarding different methods to to deal with these stamps and some of the articles have suggested simply to cut the stamp cut the envelope rather around the stamp and mount them that way in your album and that of course is acceptable if you dont mind having the en
