Steps to Remove the Stain: Put a few drops of cooking oil on a cloth. Gently rub the oil over the stain. It may take a minute of rubbing the oil in for the stain to fully disappear. Once the stain is gone, wipe off the excess oil with a dry part of the cloth. If needed, clean the area to remove any remaining oil.
Use a solution of 50 percent vinegar and 50 percent water on the stain. Apply liberally and then treat with laundry soap and water. DO NOT put the garment in the dryer until you have seen that the stain is gone, he warns.
For washable fabrics, flush with cool to warm water from the back of the stain. Pretreat with a stain remover or liquid laundry detergent and let sit for several minutes. Rinse well. Wash as recommended ing to the garment label.
Soak in a solution of 1 quart warm water, 1/2 teaspoon detergent and 1 tablespoon white vinegar for 15 minutes. Rinse with water. If stain remains, sponge with rubbing alcohol, rinse thoroughly and launder. Add bleach which is safe for fabric, to laundry.
Steps to Clean Rinse. Sponge with rubbing alcohol, using light motions from center to edge of stain. Soak for 30 minutes in one quart warm water with one tablespoon enzyme presoak products. If color stain remains, launder in chlorine bleach if safe for the fabric, or in oxygen bleach.
