Welcome to HQR. In this quick tutorial, we will show you how to suspend or remove a vendor On the menu bar, click Administration, then Vendor Management. Here you will see a table of all of your vendors. To the right are three stacked dots - this is a Utility Menu. Click on the dots to reveal options: Edit Access, Suspend Access, Remove. To suspend, a vendor clicks on the Dots menu. Then click on suspend access. Now you can decide if you want to suspend a user. This will pause all active permissions. You can activate it at any time. Next, lets click Remove. Again, you now have the option to cancel or remove the user. Removing this Vendor will disable the Vendor in ALL of your programs. Lets click Remove Vendor Back to the vendor management page, we no longer see that vendor in our table. Look for more quick tutorials at hqr.cms.gov/support.
