Create a custom field in Project In Grid view, select Add column New field. Choose a field Type: Important: A custom fields type cannot be changed after its created. If a custom field is the wrong type, delete the field, then create it again using the correct type. Enter a Field name, then select Create.
Heres how to change the field type of a Custom Field. Go to the Admin area. Click Field Management. Find and select the desired field. In the Field Actions drop-down, click Change Type. Select the new type. Score and formula fields cannot be changed. Read the warning, then click Change to confirm.
Unfortunately you cant delete fields in Marketo, but you can hide them from the user interface. Go to the Admin area. Click Field Management. Click the Field Actions drop-down and select Hide Field.
In the menu, click Settings to access the project settings. Click the name of the custom field you want to delete. Next to the fields name, click to open the menu. Click Delete field.
Add status columns: Click the Plus icon, then select the status you want to add. All default system statuses are displayed, as well as any custom statuses that have been shared with you. You can configure up to 10 statuses to display.

Under Features, click Custom Fields. On the Custom Fields tab, click the name of the custom field you want to delete. Click Delete Custom Field. Click Yes to confirm.
